Weatherhead School of Management’s Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (ETA) student group is open to all Weatherhead students and alumni of Case Western Reserve University.
The group is student-led and supported by the ETA Faculty and Entrepreneurs In Residence who are typically ETA entrepreneurs, investors or advisors.
The purpose of the group is to:
- Expose group members to the ETA journey, helping them evaluate ETA as a career path and create their own strategy to pursue the ETA path.
- Create direct and intimate connections between students and actual ETA entrepreneurs and investors who provide real world experiences and mentorship.
- Connect students with the ETA ecosystem that is available to them before and after graduation, including the Promise Partners ETA Accelerator.
- Meetings focus on practical ETA topics, emphasizing experiential approaches, leveraging real world experience from members and advisors.
- Coach club members participating in the Annual ETA Pitch Competition held at the Annual ETA Event. The pitch competition will be Wednesday, October 23rd at the Tinkham Veale Center. Participants will be competing for $3,500 in prize money. Contact Jack FitzGerald, ETA Club president, for more information.
