Cell signaling with a focus on inflammasome complexes that regulate caspase-mediated maturation of IL-1 family cytokines and cell death via gasdermin-family pore forming proteins. Other studies focus on ion channels and G protein-coupled receptors in multiple leukocyte types in innate and adaptive immunity.
