Your personalized plan is based on an initial consultation, questionnaire results, and date and goal distance of your event. All plans are developed by Jason Chuhay, One to One Fitness Trainer and Road Runner Club of America (RRCA) Certified Coach & CrossFit Endurance Trainer.

Get virtual coaching with your training plan for extra support and guidance as you train for your event. Includes an initial consultation, questionnaire, and customized training program developed and adapted to your training needs. Program will be assess and adapted during your training by your coach, Jason Chuhay.
