Case Western Reserve Alumni have access to a number of exclusive resources in MyCareerHandshake is our career management system which lists jobs specifically posted for CWRU students and alumni. Access Handshake to apply for positions, or if you are seeking to hire on behalf of your company, create a Handshake employer account and post positions at no cost to you . Career Insider is a great resource if you are looking for career or industry guides and employer profiles. CareerShift is a great tool for gathering employer contacts. These are incredibly useful tools that contain career advice as well as job postings.

Career Fairs

We host two annual career fairs each year—one during the fall and one during the spring semester. Case Western Reserve University Alumni are welcome to attend both career fairs to network with employers seeking to hire from Case Western Reserve. Drop-in Consulting

For simple career planning questions, visit Post-Graduate Planning and Experiential Education, on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 11 a.m. to 1:45 p.m.

Drop-in hours offer an opportunity to stop by Sears 229 for a brief 15-minute consultation with a staff member on a first-come, first-served basis. General topics covered are usage of Handshake, resume/cover letter reviews, and internship/job search. For longer discussions, use Handshake to schedule a one-on-one appointment with a professional staff member.

Tuesdays from 11 a.m. to 1:45 p.m.
Fridays from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
