Career Fair Opportunities

We host two career fairs each year. The events are open to all CWRU students and alumni and attract up to 1,400 participants from all majors and degree levels across the university. Our next career fair is:

2019-2020 Registration Rates

Registration includes one six-foot table, admission, continental breakfast, lunch and parking for up to two representatives.

Up to four extra reps may be added for $50 each. Access to an electrical outlet may be added for $50.

Partners Program

The Partners Program provides admission to the 2019 University Career Fair and the 2020 Get Experienced Career Fair, with enhanced visibility at these events and presence building opportunities throughout the academic year. Some of the benefits enjoyed by Partners include:

  • Prime table placement at career fairs
  • Special recognition on website and marketing materials

After you register your organization for the fair, please send the names, email addresses and CWRU alumni status of all representatives who will be attending the event to We cannot guarantee a nametag or other important materials for representatives whose names are not submitted at least one week before the event. 


All payments for your fair registration must be received by the date of the event. Failure to submit payment prior to the event may result in declined entry. If you have questions regarding payment, please contact


We cannot offer refunds to employers who no-show, but will do our best to provide refunds to employers who cancel up to two weeks prior to the day of the event. Please note, a 10% credit fee will be deducted from any refunds. We can apply registration payments towards the next scheduled career fair for employers who cancel within two weeks of the fair. 


The primary parking garage for this event is in the Veale Garage, S-53 on the parking map, located at 2158 Adelbert Road, Cleveland, Ohio 44106. 

If space is unavailable in the Veale Garage, you may park in Lots 44, 47, or 5 on the parking map, which are located on Murray Hill Road. To get to the Veale Athletic Center, walk straight over the bridge toward Veale Garage and make a sharp left. You may also park at Severance Hall, Lot 29 on the parking map. We will have student volunteers outside to escort you with your materials to your designated tables.

Parking Vouchers

Registration includes a parking voucher for each employer representative and will be given to you when you check in. The vouchers will be accepted by all parking garages and lots listed above. Only present the vouchers at the designated locations in order to guarantee validation. The vouchers will be collected by the attendant before exiting the parking garage.


Arrangements have been made to receive employer materials on campus ahead of the fair. All materials must arrive before noon two business days prior to the fair. Items that arrive by this time will be delivered to your table at the event. Late items will not be delivered to the venue so please send them with time to spare. Clearly mark all packages with your organization's name and the number of packages sent (1 of x boxes). Please note, our office is unable to confirm the receipt of your package, so please keep your tracking information.

Return shipping is handled exclusively through FedEx Express. Employers are responsible for providing their own return shipping labels. Should you choose to use another shipping carrier, you must make all of the necessary arrangements including scheduling for pick up from the fair. 

Those using FedEx Express will have their materials picked up from Veale Convocation, Recreation and Athletic Center on the evening of the career fair and should use the following return address:
