In-Person Career Fairs
We're pleased to welcome employers to Case Western Reserve University for in-person career fairs, information sessions and events. As you plan your visit to CWRU, take time to review information about parking and shipping.
Parking
The primary parking garage for career fairs is Severance Hall, Lot 29 on the parking map, located at 11172 East Blvd, Cleveland, Ohio 44106.
If space is unavailable in the Veale Garage, you may park in Lots S-53, 44, 47, or 5 on the parking map. We will have student volunteers outside to escort you with your materials to your designated tables.
Parking Vouchers
Registration includes a parking voucher for each employer representative and will be given to you when you check in. The vouchers will be accepted by all parking garages and lots listed above. Only present the vouchers at the designated locations in order to guarantee validation. The vouchers will be collected by the attendant before exiting the parking garage.
Shipping
Arrangements have been made to receive employer materials on campus ahead of the fair. All materials must arrive before noon two business days prior to the fair. Items that arrive by this time will be delivered to your table at the event. Late items will not be delivered to the venue so please send them with time to spare. Clearly mark all packages with your organization's name and the number of packages sent (1 of x boxes). Please note, our office is unable to confirm the receipt of your package, so please keep your tracking information.
