Multiple-Mini Interview, or MMI, is a popular approach to interviewing used by a growing number of professional health science programs. To help applicants prepare, Post-Graduate Planning and Experiential Education sponsors MMI Mock Interview Day each fall for pre-professional students at Case Western Reserve University.
At the event, participants rotate through five different interviews and a feedback session within a one-hour time block, simulating the MMI. MMI Day is a great opportunity to practice interviewing skills, become familiar with the MMI format and learn about the types of questions that might be asked during pre-professional interviews.
The event is exclusive to applicants for the current application cycle only.
2022 MMI Mock Interview Day
During the fall 2022 semester, MMI Mock Interview Day will be held Thursday, Sept. 8.
Students currently applying to professional health science programs during the 2022-23 application cycle are invited to participate and register through Handshake. Each candidate should sign up for only one of the available MMI simulation timeslots.
If space remains available after the initial sign-up period, registration will be opened to current CWRU graduate students and alumni of CWRU graduate programs. More information about this will be available after Labor Day.

Volunteer to Support MMI Day
The success of this annual event is dependent on faculty and staff volunteer participation. Post-Graduate Planning and Experiential Education are in need of volunteers who can interview students during a one-hour time block on Thursday, Sept. 8 between 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
An interviewer will see five students during the one-hour block and ask questions from predetermined prompts. Interviewers will be given their prompts, suggested follow-up questions, and evaluation sheets prior to the session.
