This newsletter seeks to answer some of your common questions about scheduling classes as well as bring you timely updates and information. This volume's topics include:

 

Summer and Fall 2024 Deadline

The data for the Summer and Fall 2023 terms has been rolled forward to create Summer and Fall 2024 offerings. The deadline for updating Summer and Fall 2024 class information and for notifying the appropriate individual or office is January 31, 2024.

Upon completion, please notify:

  • College of Arts & Sciences Departments
    - Owen Klingenberg, oxk108@case.edu
  • All other schools/departments
    - University Registrar's Office, courses@case.edu

 

Updated SOC Resources

We've been updating all our training videos and guides just for you!

See the Schedule of Classes section on our SIS Resources page and expand Class Maintenance for all the processes you might use to update your class schedule for the next term.

Making Academic Program Changes

Will you be updating program requirements for the 2024-2025 Academic Year?

Submit a Program Action Form as soon as possible to allow time for the approval workflow process. Program Action Forms must be fully approved in order to appear in the 2024-2025 General Bulletin.
