Making Academic Program or Course Changes
Will you be updating program requirements or courses for the 2026-2027 Academic Year?
Submit your Program Action Forms (PAFs) and/or Course Action Forms (CAFs) as soon as possible to allow time for the approval workflow process. PAFs and CAFs must be fully approved by July in order to appear in the 2026-2027 General Bulletin.
Have questions? Review our PAF Resources and CAF Resources or reach out to us at programprocess@case.edu and courses@case.edu.
Time Grid Adherence Guidelines
The new course and lab grids were endorsed by the Faculty Senate Committee on Undergraduate Education (FSCUE) and approved by the Faculty Senate in February 2025.
Undergraduate courses and labs are expected to conform to the approved standard teaching times. Adherence to standard times is recommended for any graduate- or professional-level courses with undergraduate enrollment.
Send questions about SOC scheduling to courses@case.edu.
