November 2019 – Lisa Huisman Koops, a faculty associate and Professor of Music Education recently published Parenting Musically, which offers a new theoretical framework for analyzing family musical interactions. This book portrays eight Cleveland-area families, focused on the families’ hopes and dreams for their children musically.
