Within the Resource Specialist department, she actively supported recently arrived refugees in their integration into US life, ranging from teaching RTA navigation to live-translating job preparation sessions and locating essential resources such as free diaper distributors in Cleveland. Additionally, Margaux gained invaluable insights by shadowing the legal department, participating in home visits, and engaging in discussions about the challenges refugee children face in local non-profits.
