Judith Lipton is the former co-director of the Milton A. Kramer Law Clinic Center. She joined the Case Western Reserve faculty after practicing as a social worker and attorney for Legal Aid Connecticut. She helped to establish the JD/MSSA dual-degree program. She teaches in the Criminal Justice Clinic and has taught in the Health and Family Law Clinics. Her current research and practice focus on inter-disciplinary strategies for addressing family violence and the rights of immigrant victims of such violence. She is a member of the Advisory Committee for the Human Trafficking Court being developed by Cleveland Municipal Court Judge Marilyn Cassidy.
