Dr. Obeid received her PhD in Psychology from the Graduate Center of the City University of New York (CUNY). Her research has examined predictors influencing language difficulties in school-aged children. She is also interested in strength-based research that supports caregivers of children with disabilities, in addition to college students with disabilities, both in the United States and across cultures.
