Shawn has been an organizer and an advocate for over twenty years. He has worked on issues from high school students in Chicago to working with Charter School parents in Southeast LA. He's looking forward to serving in this role.
Dawn Glasco, Chair of Nutrition Equity Fund Working Group
Dawn Glasco is passionate about community leadership and engagement and wants everyone to be empowered to live a healthy, happy and fulfilling life. Dawn believes in the healing and transformative power of the Nourishing Power Network which aims to create a local food system that works for all.

Shelby Kaemmerer
Program Officer, Mt. Sinai Health Foundation
Shelby Kaemmerer has a Bachelor's degree in Health Science from the University of Missouri and a Master of Public Health from the University of Texas Health Science Center. Growing up in a military family, she doesn't have a true "hometown", but she arrived in Cleveland in 2021 after five years in Austin, Texas. She has almost a decade of experience in community health, including nutrition, food access, and other social determinants of health. She's passionate about ice cream, to-do lists, and her dog Sugar.
Wyndi Moore
Wyndi works with several local, Community Based Organizations (FARE, EHW and Loiter East Cleveland), as a Relationship Strategist, Project Manager, Facilitator and Mediator. For the last 10 years her work focuses on the local food system and community centered work. Wyndi is a NLDP graduate, Certified Community Health Worker, Co-chair of the Ohio Food Policy Network, Co-Lead of Loiter East Cleveland and a leader of the Co-op circles in Cuyahoga County.
Tiffani Sutton-Taylor
Founder and Executive Director, The Cutting Board Academy
A native Clevelander, Tiffani Sutton-Taylor is Founder and CEO of The Cutting Board Academy (est.2011), an organization that empowers families and communities to understand the importance of Food Literacy and Nutrition Education. As a Food Scientist, Engineer and trained chef, Tiffani has over 15 years of experience in the food industry, having worked with a number of major food corporations, private entities and restaurants. Some of her practical experiences includes working with the Kroger Company, Oscar Mayer, Kraft Foods and Nestlé USA. Tiffani has also served as an Adjunct Culinary and Nutrition professor at Cuyahoga Community College's Hospitality Management Center in Cleveland, Ohio. She continues to practice and expand her knowledge base in the areas of Research and Development (Product and Process), Commercialization, Culinary Arts, Quality/Food Safety and Nutrition.
Carol White of Shyne Bright
Chef Carol, an esteemed figure in the culinary world, brings an extensive background in plant-based culinary education and a passion for food sovereignty to her new role on the Advisory Board of Nourishing Power. With a profound focus on regenerative urban agriculture and locally sourced, nutrient-dense foods, Chef Carol has established herself as an advocate for accessible, high-quality nutrition. Her dedication to teaching the community through food-as-medicine cooking classes and workshops embodies her mission to empower individuals through nourishment. Through her innovative approach and culinary expertise, Chef Carol is poised to contribute invaluable insights and strategies to further Nourishing Power's mission of fostering equitable access to wholesome, sustainable food for all.
