Cleveland Institute of Art and Cleveland Institute of Music students can now get fast and convenient access to rental cars via the CWRU Enterprise Carshare program! The program offers an alternative to public transportation and traditional car rental with locations near student class and dormitory areas. Enterprise carshare vehicles can be rented by the hour or day using a member app-based reservation and access system.
Members can choose from two hybrid Toyota Prius sedans, a hybrid Chrysler Pacifica minivan, or a hybrid Toyota RAV4 SUV. Located nearby (Lot 75 at Mayfield Rd/Euclid Ave; Clarke Tower/East 115th St., and Lot 44 Murray Hill Rd across from Fribley Commons), the vehicles give users 24/7/365 access to efficient, eco-friendly transportation.
Programs Features
- Rentals start at $9.50/hour and $76/day + tax
- Rates include gasoline and 200 free miles/day
- Ohio minimum insurance coverage provided*
- Students 18 years and older with a valid driver's license and credit card are eligible
- Open to CIM and CIA students and employees
- $25 one-time application fee, $25 annual membership
- App-based member reservations and vehicle access
- 24/7/365 rental and return
