What Inclusive Educators Do & Applications to Practice with Dr. Tracie Addy
Enhance student learning and engagement through inclusive practice! Dr. Tracie Addie guides CWRU faculty members through a two-part workshop on inclusive education and practice. During the first part of this workshop, participants will explore what inclusive educators do to create welcoming and equitable environments for their learners. In the second part, participants will apply the principles and practices learned to actual classroom scenarios. Join us on Wednesday, April 19, 2023 for a two-part workshop in the Mandel Building, Room 108. Faculty members may participate in both sessions, or just one: Part I (10:30-11:30am); Part II (12:45pm-2:45pm). Lunch will be served in-between sessions from 11:40am-12:30pm. Teaching and Learning Colloquium
UCITE invites you to participate in the 2023 Teaching and Learning Colloquium. This event highlights some of the faculty projects from UCITE’s Nord Grant and Glennan Fellows programs. These programs include faculty members from all schools, and are designed to improve student learning by crafting innovative and creative teaching practices, projects, and opportunities. This is an interactive event, and you are encouraged to ask questions about the projects, and the programs.
