In our Master of Supply Chain Management (MSCM) program at Weatherhead School of Management, we prepare you to design, analyze and lead systems in a rapidly evolving global environment. 

This STEM-designated program combines advanced analyticsAI-enabled tools and real-world projects to prepare you for key roles in manufacturing, retail, healthcare and other system-intensive industries—especially when information is incomplete and tradeoffs matter.

How the MSCM Can Launch Your Career

Supply chain professionals can pursue fulfilling careers within any of the field’s four pillars: planning, sourcing, making or delivering. 

You may choose to master all four pillars early in your career, positioning you to become a senior supply chain leader. Chief supply chain officers are well compensated, especially at larger companies, where packages in the millions are not uncommon.

Roles our MSCM graduates commonly pursue across the pillars include: 

  • Plan (forecasting & planning): demand planner, supply planning, master scheduler, etc.
  • Source (purchasing): procurement analyst, category manager, buyer, etc.
  • Make (operations): inventory planner, production supervisor, expeditor, etc.
  • Deliver (distribution & logistics): fulfillment manager, import/export, logistics analyst, etc.
