We have meticulously planned a weekend filled with engaging educational sessions, exciting social events and memorable excursions. This reunion is not just an opportunity to reconnect with old friends and colleagues, but also to forge new connections and celebrate the enduring legacy of the EMBA program at Weatherhead School of Management.

Your participation and enthusiasm are what make these gatherings truly special. I encourage you to mark your calendars and join us for what will undoubtedly be an unforgettable experience. Together, we will honor the past, celebrate the present and look forward to a bright future.

Join us for a special reunion experience designed exclusively for Weatherhead School of Management Executive MBA (EMBA) graduates (and families and friends), where the past meets the future in a powerful gathering of accomplished professionals, thought leaders and lifelong friends. This is your chance to reconnect with old classmates, expand your network, and gain fresh insights that will drive both your career and personal growth forward.

Whether you graduated last year or more than 40 years ago, this historic gathering of all EMBA classes is right for you. All classmates, all classes, all cohorts (and all families/guests) are invited and encouraged to participate. See the full schedule as it develops, find travel information and more.

Why attend?

  • Reconnect and Reflect – Catch up with classmates, reminisce about EMBA experiences and celebrate how far we’ve come.
  • Powerful Networking – Engage with a dynamic network of leaders, innovators and industry experts who share similar drives and ambitions.
  • Professional Development – Participate in thoughtful presentations from leading faculty members along with topical panels presented by colleagues on contemporary topics to stay ahead of emerging trends in management and leadership.
  • Personal Growth – From inspiring presentations to intimate conversations, leave with renewed energy and fresh perspectives.
  • Evenings to Remember – Enjoy evenings of laughter, inspiration and camaraderie with cocktails, great food and unforgettable moments. Friday evening we’ll cruise along Lake Erie aboard the Lady Caroline and on Saturday we’ll recreate our (in)famous Clam Bakes.

Whether you're looking to make new connections, explore career opportunities or simply relive the excitement of your EMBA days, this reunion promises to be an experience like no other.

Checklist:

Food and Drinks

Along with nourishing the mind and soul, there will be plenty of food and drinks to nourish our bodies over the weekend. Highlights include:

  • Dinner cruise on the Lady Caroline—Enjoy a delicious dinner buffet while taking in views of the Cleveland skyline from Lake Erie followed by dancing to generational hits.
  • Clambake—No EMBA reunion would be complete without a clambake featuring sumptuous seasonal seafood with all the traditional fixings.
  • It may no longer be called the Barking Spider, but the spirits remain the same. Enjoy informal social gatherings during the evenings at Jolly’s Pizza and Pub (formerly the Barking Spider).
  • What are the keys to a good scotch tasting? Participants of this add-on adventure will discover.

Classes without Quizzes—a return to the classrooms

Enjoy learning over the weekend by Weatherhead’s award-winning faculty members along with interactive panels featuring alumni practitioners. See a list of topics.
