[Y]Our Evolution: Renew, Rekindle, Ignite
Save The Date: Thursday, September 25th, 9:00 AM - September 27th, 5:00 PM
From its inception in the 1960’s as part of the Case Institute of Technology, the Department of Organizational Behavior has had a continuing culture of innovation, exploration, and entrepreneurship around the integration of people, technology, and organizations.
In 1975 as part of the Weatherhead School of Management at the combined Case Western Reserve University, the OB department launched the Masters in Organizational Development (MOD). A groundbreaking degree to continue to deepen our understanding of leadership, teams, and how organizations grow. For over 50 years, the faculty and graduates of the MOD and now MPOD program create significant impact on their corporations and organizations. The current faculty have authored 68 Books, 415 refereed journal articles, and 241 book chapters. Our graduates are CEO’s, Chief People Officers, and Entrepreneurs helping their programs thrive.
