Student Organizations

Music at CWRU extends far beyond the classroom and concert stage. Students are encouraged to become active members of the department and campus community through organizations that support performance, service, scholarship, leadership, wellness, and professional development.

Student-led groups, including the Music Undergraduate Student Involvement Committee (M.U.S.I.C.) and the Music Graduate Student Association (MGSA) foster mentorship, collaboration, advocacy, and a strong sense of community among undergraduate and graduate students.

Additional opportunities include student-led ensembles, a cappella groups, digital music and production, pep band, musical theatre productions and pit orchestras, cultural organizations, music and wellness initiatives, and interdisciplinary groups that connect music with community engagement and creative collaboration.
