Faculty and students of the Case Western Reserve University Historical Performance Practice Program will participate in The Boston Early Music Festival (BEMF), a weeklong celebration from June 9-16, 2019, with stunning Baroque operas, thrilling concerts, a premier early music trade show, and so much more!
CWRU HPP graduate students and scholars will represent our program at the world-famous Exhibition, which features some of the top tradespeople from across the globe, with makers of period instruments, music publishers, dealers in rare books, prints and manuscripts, and agents from the finest conservatories/schools of music.
A Day at the Opera | Dances and airs from Jean-Philippe Rameau’s seminal opera, Hippolyte et Aricie, along with excerpts from Stradella’s oratorio La Susanna, and more.
