- July 16 - Notification of Semifinalists
- August 6 - Deadline for Pitch Deck Submission
- August 9-13 - Semifinalists Pitch to GE Lighting
- August 16 - Winners Notified
Submission Details
- Eligibility - CWRU and CSU Faculty
- Maximum Funding of $50,000 Per Project (inclusive of indirect expenses)
- Anticipated Project Start Date no earlier than August 23, 2021
- Anticipated Project End Date no later than June 30, 2022
- Each project must include 1 PI from CWRU and 1 PI from CSU
- Funding amounts by institution do not need to be equal
- Collaborative proposal (no sub-awards)
- Budgets should use standard (federal) university indirect expense rates for CWRU and CSU
- Quad Charts follow sponsored research office process for a Letter of Intent
- Pitch Decks follow sponsored research process for a Proposal
