Expanding and adding to the concepts presented in Analyzing Major League Baseball Part I, Part II examines many of the most talked-about issues in today’s game--automated umpires, payrolls and a possible salary cap, evaluating managers (and general managers) and a look at the phenomenal Savannah Bananas. A 21st century look at “America’s pastime.”
