Zoom Instructions

Zoom Link: A link will be provided in the confirmation email you received upon registering. It will also be sent at least two times in the week prior to each course or lecture. If you do not receive it, please check your spam and junk folders before contacting the office.

Save the Link: Please save the Zoom link in a convenient place (in your email or electronic calendar) for you to retrieve at the time of your program.

Additional Zoom Registration: In some cases, you will need to do an additional step of registering for your lecture or course in Zoom as well as through Siegal's registration system. This is an added security measure.

Sign In: Sign in to Zoom at the appropriate time. If you sign in early, you will see a blank screen until others sign in.

Missing Link: If you cannot find the email with the link we provide, please check your spam and junk folders or contact Siegal's office at 216.368.2091 or 216.368.2090.

Signing In: If you click on the Zoom link too early, Zoom will indicate that it is launching or put you in a waiting room until a staff member or the lecturer open up the remote classroom.

Ongoing Courses: For ongoing courses, you will use the same link each week, so please save the Zoom link in a convenient place.
