Zoom Link: A link will be sent at least two times in the week prior to each course or lecture.
Save the Link: Please save the Zoom link in a convenient place (in your email or electronic calendar) for you to retrieve at the time of your program.
Sign In: Sign in to Zoom at the appropriate time. If you sign in early, you will see a blank screen until others sign in.
Missing Link: If you cannot find the email with the link we provide, please be in touch with us the day before your program.
Signing In: If you click on the Zoom link too early, Zoom will indicate that it is launching or put you in a waiting room until a staff member or the lecturer open up the remote classroom.
Ongoing Courses: For ongoing courses, you will use the same link each week, so please save the Zoom link in a convenient place.
First Time: If you haven't used Zoom before, download the zoom client which is available here: https://zoom.us/download.
Zoom Test: It is recommended that you test your computer prior to attending class. You can do this by going to https://zoom.us/test
