The stories of Noah’s Ark and Jonah and the whale are thought of as children’s stories because they’re fun. Animals on a boat! Man survives being swallowed by a whale! But at an adult level these complex stories raise important questions about righteousness, justice, and forgiveness. In this interactive online discussion class we will look at both ancient and modern commentary, and explore our own ideas about these fascinating stories. Please have a Bible (hard copy or digital) for our classes. Everyone is encouraged to participate and share their questions and thoughts in this interactive class.
