The digital world has transformed how people connect, learn, and communicate. However, it has also created new avenues for harassment, antisemitism, and extremist radicalization. This course examines how hate spreads across social media, online communities, gaming platforms, and emerging artificial intelligence technologies. Through interactive activities, case studies, and exploration of ADL research tools, participants will gain insight into today’s evolving digital threat landscape. The course also explores platform accountability, public policy responses, and practical strategies for recognizing, challenging, and countering online hate.
