This two–week course explores how aging affects memory, attention, and communication and how to adapt with confidence and compassion. You’ll learn what changes are typical, how conditions like dementia or aphasia may impact thinking and speech, and when to seek help. You will gain practical strategies for maintaining brain health, supporting loved ones, and fostering meaningful conversations. Whether you want to better understand your own experience or strengthen connections with others, this course offers tools to navigate aging with awareness, empathy, and resilience.
