Celebrating Menashe Kadishman’s innovative sculptures and vibrant paintings, we will explore this towering figure in Israeli and global art and culture. Students will explore his unique style, the themes that inspired his work, and the impact of his achievements, including winning the prestigious Israeli Prize. While providing insight into how Kadishman’s creativity reflects broader cultural, political and historical contexts, students will reflect on the enduring legacy he left in the world of contemporary art.
