- Three-fourths time (28-37.4 hrs/wk) – 4.5 credit hours fall and spring; 2.25 credit hours summer
- Half-time (18.75-27.9 hrs/wk)- 3 credit hours fall and spring; 1.5 credit hours summer

Total Rewards Tuition Reimbursement
- Employees are eligible for tuition reimbursement after 12 months of employment
- Full-Time Employee plan benefit varies by degree type ($4,500 Graduate, $3,000 Undergraduate, $1,500 Associate)
- Part-Time Employees are eligible for 50% of the Full-Time plan benefit
- Academic/vocational institutions recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or the Council of Higher Education Accreditation
- Full-Time employees: up to $5,000 per calendar year for an undergraduate degree or $7,500 per calendar year for a graduate degree
- Part-Time employees working at least 16 hours per week: up to $2,500 per calendar year for an undergraduate degree or $3,750 per calendar year for a graduate degree
- Full-Time employees may receive reimbursement up to $4,000 for undergraduate coursework or $6,000 for graduate coursework per calendar year
- Part-Time reimbursement is prorated per hours worked
