Incident Description: A suspect approached a female not affiliated with CWRU and asked to use her cell phone to contact his mother. When the female took out her cell phone, the suspect grabbed it from her hand and fled on foot. Several police departments searched the area and recovered the phone but the suspect escaped.
Suspect Description: A black male around 15 years of age wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and black Adidas pants with white stripes.
Additional information: The victim was not injured.
