View History of a Program Action Form

  1. Go to futurebulletin.case.edu/programadmin
  2. Login using Single Sign-On (SSO)
  3. Find the Program Action Form of the existing program
  4. With the program selected on the dashboard, if previous changes have been made to the electronic PAF, you will see the History box displayed

  5. Click on an entry to view a previous version of the Program Action Form
