Dr. Sarah Cain Spannagel is a licensed clinical psychologist. She completed her undergraduate work at the University of Michigan and received her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at Case Western Reserve University. She is a member of the American Psychological Association, the Society for Research in Child Development, and a member of the advocacy committee for the Ohio Psychological Association.

She specializes in working with children presenting with Autism Spectrum Disorders and a variety of developmental, learning, social, and emotional problems. She is the consulting psychologist for University School and the staff psychologist for the Rainbow Babies Children Hospitals Autism Diagnostic Clinic. Dr. Cain Spannagel holds faculty positions in Case Western Medical School and Department of Psychology at Case Western Reserve University.
