Facility Reservations

Recognized student organizations may reserve space across campus via the Spartan Reservation System.

The SPARTA Center

Student organizations may arrange for free program supplies. Some of which includes all paper products, chalk, wristbands and a multitude of other items. All reservations for supplies must be completed 5 business days in advance.

 

Copy and Poster Services

Recognized student organizations may make copies for their organization in the Student Organization Center in the TVUC. To obtain your organization's copy code please stop by the Office of Student Activities & Leadership.

Student organizations may also have full-color posters printed for their group by Student Activities & Leadership. Prices are subject to change year-to-year.

Helium

Student organizations have access to helium tanks located in the Student Org Center in the TVUC to blow up balloons for their events. Please contact StduentActivities@case.edu in order to arrange a time to pick up the nozzles.

Digital Information Displays

Electronic fliers for the InfoBoard displays on campus can be submitted online.

Making Deposits

Students may bring cash and checks to the Student Activities & Leadership Office in the Tinkham Veale University Center to deposit cash or checks for their student organization. Please make an appointment with Rachel Stegemann (res200@case.edu).

Risk Management and Liability

All organization officers and advisors are liable for their organization's actions and activities. The Student Activities & Leadership Office is committed to providing excellent counseling in managing the risk within your events and programs.

If your organization engages in the following, please direct your student leaders to the Risk Management page to learn about risk management and schedule a risk management meeting:

  1. Travel
  2. Alcohol
  3. Events with a high level of physical activity
  4. Events involving minors as guests/participants

Hazing Prevention

Starting for the Fall 2022 semester, ALL students will need to complete an anti-hazing training module in order to be eligible to join an organization. Entering students will complete the module during orientation and returning students who are joining new orgs will need to go to the link below and complete it.

Film and Movies

Organizations are not permitted to host advertised events with showings of rented or downloaded movies due to copyright laws.
