- Corporate Equality Index: Published by the Human Rights Campaign, this index "provides a simple way to evaluate whether America's biggest employers are treating their gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender employees and consumers equitably."
- GLAAD: As a dynamic media force, GLAAD tackles tough issues to shape the narrative and provoke dialogue that leads to cultural change.
- Human Rights Campaign: Source of information on workplace and corporate attitudes and policies surrounding sexual orientation. Includes links to information about employee groups, organizations and companies offering domestic partnership benefits, and legal and discrimination policies.
- Lambda Legal: Lambda Legal is the oldest and largest national legal organization whose mission is to achieve full recognition of the civil rights of lesbians, gay men, bisexuals, transgender people and everyone living with HIV through impact litigation, education and public policy work.
- Learn How to Become: Resources and expert advice for LGBTQ college students.
- National Center for Transgender Equality: This resource outlines the rights and procedures transgender employees have to address discrimination.
- LGBTConnect: A web-based community that includes resources and tools to help members of the LGBT community connect with employers across multiple career fields. A division of WorkplaceDiversity.com.
- Out for Undergrad: Conferences for LGBTQ students in interested in the fields of Business, Technology, Engineering, and Marketing.
- Out Professional Network: Pairs members with employers who are serious about building a diverse workforce to meet the needs of an increasingly diverse customer base. Employers who post on this site are specifically seeking to hire aspiring LGBT employees.
- Progayjobs.com: Premier job board for anyone in the LGBT community seeking employment.
- Vault Career Intelligence: Vault contains numerous guides, articles, and lists including Best Accounting Firms, Banking Firms, and Law Firms for LGBT Individuals, Best Internships for LGBT Individuals, and Best Places to Work for LGBTQ Equality.
- Asian Pacific Islander Queer Women and Transgender Coalition: Provides opportunities for Asian & Pacific Islander queer women and transgender people to socialize, network, build community, engage in inter-generational organizing, and increase community visibility.
- Association of LGBTQ Journalists (NLGJA): Serves journalists, media professionals, educators and students working from within the news industry to foster fair and accurate coverage of LGBTQ issues.
- Center for Black Equity: Promote a multinational LGBT network dedicated to improving health and wellness opportunities, economic empowerment, and equal rights while promoting individual and collective work, responsibility, and self-determination.
- Familia: Trans Queer Liberation Movement: Seeks to build a national organization to address, organize, educate and advocate for the issues that are important to the LGBTQ Latin@ community.
- Gays and Lesbians in Foreign Affairs Agencies: GLIFAA is a membership based organization that works to secure fair treatment of LGBT colleagues in the United States and overseas
- Gay & Lesbian Medical Association (GLMA): the world’s largest and oldest association of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) healthcare professionals.
- National Center for Lesbian Rights: For many years, NCLR has been fighting to secure equal treatment of LGBTQ people in the workplace though litigation, policy, and legislation.
- National Center for Transgender Equality: This resource outlines the rights and procedures transgender employees have to address discrimination.
- National LGBT Bar Association (LGBT BAR): A national association of lawyers, judges, and legal professionals promoting justice in and through the legal profession for the LGBT community.
- National Organization of Gay and Lesbian Scientists and Technical Professionals (NOGLSTP): A professional society for LGBT people in science, technology, engineering, and math.
- Out & Equal: An LGBT workplace advocacy group designed to connect the LGBT community through resources, events, and support groups.
- Out for Work: An organization aimed at aiding LGBT students transition to the workplace.
- Out in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (oSTEM): Empowers LGBTQ people in STEM to succeed personally, academically, and professionally; CWRU has an active chapter.
- Out Professionals: The nation’s largest LGBT networking organization.
- Pride at Work: A nonprofit organization that represents LGBTQ union members and their allies.
