In-Person Career Fairs
We're pleased to welcome representatives of companies and universities to Case Western Reserve University for in-person career events. As you plan your visit to CWRU, take time to review information about parking and shipping.
Our career fairs and expos are held at Veale Athletic and Convocation Center located at 2158 Adelbert Rd, Cleveland, OH 44106
Parking and Shipping Information:
Parking
The primary parking garage for upcoming career fairs and expos is lot S-53 Veale Parking Garage on the parking map. We will have student volunteers outside to escort you with your materials to your designated tables.
If space is unavailable in the lot S-53 Veale Parking Garage, you may park in lot S-29, Campus Center Garage on the parking map. Remember, we are an urban campus and parking spots go quickly. Arrive early or better yet, take an Uber or Lyft! Check-in begins at 8am.
Parking Vouchers
Registration includes a parking voucher for up to two representatives and will be given to you when you check in. The vouchers will be accepted by all parking garages listed above. Only present the vouchers at the designated locations in order to guarantee validation, as you are leaving the garage.
Shipping
Arrangements have been made to receive marketing materials on campus ahead of the fair. All materials must arrive before noon two business days prior to the fair. Items that arrive by this time will be delivered to your table at the event. Late items will not be delivered to the venue so please send them with time to spare. Clearly mark all packages with your organization's name and the number of packages sent (1 of x boxes). Please note, our office is unable to confirm the receipt of your package, so please keep your tracking information.
Send packages to:
Cedar Avenue Service Center
Attn: University Movers, Career Fair
10620 Cedar Ave.
Cleveland, OH 44106
Representatives are responsible for providing their own return shipping labels and making the necessary arrangements for pick up. The Career Center cannot make pickup arrangements.
We recommend FedEx, conveniently located at the CWRU Thwing Center (11111 Euclid Ave.).
Representatives
When you register your organization for the fair, please include the names, email addresses and CWRU alumni status of all representatives who will be attending the event. If you do not know the representatives who will be attending, when you register, please email the names and alumni status no later than 2 weeks before the event to: employers@case.edu.
Payments
All payments for your fair registration must be received by the date of the event. Failure to submit payment prior to the event may result in declined participation. If you have questions regarding payment, please contact employers@case.edu. If you have an outstanding balance from previous fair attendance, we will not be able to approve your registration until those balances are settled.
Refunds
We cannot offer refunds to employers who no-show, but will do our best to provide refunds to employers who cancel up to two weeks prior to the day of the event. Please note, a 10% credit fee will be deducted from any refunds. We can apply registration payments towards the next scheduled career fair for employers who cancel within two weeks of the fair.
