Workshops & Employer Information Sessions

A diverse group listens to a guide speaking

In the Career Management Office, we host workshops for you to learn about new interviewing techniques, how to research companies and ways to expand your professional network. Not only are we able to help you through your job search in group workshops, you can also make an individual appointment or stop by our express advising table. The express advising table is available Wednesdays from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and is located in the atrium of the Peter B. Lewis Building. A career advisor is available to offer advice, take a quick look at your resume or cover letter or schedule an appointment.

Employers also come to campus to talk about internship and job opportunities at their company or to host mock interviews and networking sessions with our students.

Employer Information Sessions

In addition to career fairs, we also hold individual information sessions for specific employers both on and off campus. Generally, presenters will dedicate part of an information session to highlighting current openings at their companies.

Information Sessions are held in September through November during fall semester and January through April during spring semester.
