Ways to Get Involved

We have a variety of opportunities to engage with students to assist in their career journey, while introducing them to your organization. Consider the below options and contact Courtney Giesey, career and employer development manager, for more information.

  • Mentor a student. Connect one-on-one with a graduate business student through Coffee Connections or Weatherhead School’s formal mentorship program.
  • Facilitate mock interviews. Conduct behavioral interviews with graduate business students and provide feedback as a volunteer interviewer.
  • Become an "employer in residence." Support student career success and build management skills within your organization by establishing a liaison with your organization to host one-on-one mock interviews, conduct resume reviews and provide general career advice sessions (in-person or virtual).
  • Partner with student clubs. Connect with relevant campus organizations to network and engage with a specific group of students.
  • Serve on a panel. Share your unique insights, experiences, and advice with students through targeted career programming, including our International Alumni Panel.
  • Host a career trek. Host a small group of students at your company, providing students with an opportunity to learn more about your industry through panels, tours, networking, or on-site presentations.
  • Collaborate in the classroom. Team up with graduate business students and faculty to discover the most innovative solutions for your organization and provide students with a real-world learning experience.
