University Archives

The University Archives provides a variety of services. If you need assistance on document storage or help locating university records, the University Archives can help.

Alumni Career Network

Networking doesn’t have to involve awkward silences and tacky name tags. Whether you're an experienced professional or recent graduate, this secure hub can help you fulfill your professional goals in one place.

More than 10,000 people joined the university’s original online networking platform, CWRU Connect—a level of engagement that outgrew the system’s capabilities.

Now, with the Alumni Career Network, students, alumni or even faculty and staff members can easily access:

  • A listing of university and alumni events,
  • Details on affinity groups, regional alumni chapters and industry-specific communities,
  • Space to ask questions, post updates and start conversations, and
  • A business directory to post about alumni-owned companies.

University email and CWRU ID

New alumni will retain access to Google Workspace for 180 days after graduation. CWRU provides a redirecting service so graduates can have their CWRU email delivered to the personal email address of their choice. However, after the 180 days, graduates will no longer have access to their university Google Workspace account (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Photos, YouTube and any other Google service through your CWRU account).

Use a valid case.edu email address to create a free account with Academic Impressions. With this all-inclusive membership, you will have access to online training areas and formats, including: webcasts, research, articles, job aids, case studies, guides and more.
