The Commencement Office is looking for dependable students and employees to help make Commencement 2024 a special and memorable week for graduates and their families. There are many opportunities to volunteer throughout the week starting May 15- May 19.
Student volunteers who live on campus are eligible for a housing extension from Monday, May 13 through Monday, May 20 paid for by the Commencement Office. if you need an extension, complete the registration form by April 20.
Employees interested in volunteering must receive approval from a supervisor and complete the commencement staff and faculty volunteers form.
All volunteers are required to attend a mandatory meeting on Thursday, May 16, 2024, at Veale Convocation Center at 4:00 pm.
