Case Western Reserve University is pleased to welcome graduates, their families and other guests to campus this week.
To help ensure that everyone has the most positive experience possible, we strongly encourage planning ahead for potential delays—on roadways, and in securing parking.
Those attending Convocation or any of the diploma ceremonies should arrive at least one hour prior to their start times to allow for traffic, parking time, and walking to the venues.
Please visit this site on the eve of the event you plan to attend, as circumstances may change in the coming days.
The University Convocation starts at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 15 in the Veale Convocation, Recreation, and Athletic Center. Please be advised Convocation is only for the campus community (students, faculty, and staff)
We strongly recommend that those planning to attend this event arrive an hour prior to the start time of the ceremony to secure parking—for example, at the Tinkham Veale University Center Garage (11172 East Blvd.) or the Veale garage also known as Lot 56 (2158 Adelbert rd.) Parking will be complimentary for those attending Convocations
University Hospitals also offers parking at the Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital Garage (2101 Adlebert Road). Please be mindful these lot charge a parking fee.
