Diplomas will be presented to May 2017 degree candidates at the individual school diploma ceremonies. If you do not attend the ceremony, your school will mail your diploma to the diploma address that you have entered into your Student Information System (SIS) account.
Returning graduates who already have their diplomas will receive a certificate of congratulation on a degree already conferred. This allows a seamless diploma ceremony where all graduates remain in order and all receive an envelope when their names are called.
For more information or to reserve an electronic version of your diploma, please see the University Registrar's Office diploma information page or contact email@example.com.
Before May 12, be sure that all of your financial obligations to the university, including CWRU phone bills and any parking or library fines, are paid. Diplomas will be withheld until financial obligations are met.
Undergraduate Students Only: May 2017 graduates who are not participating in commencement may submit a request to receive the degree in absentia. Please complete and submit the 2017 Undergrad Absentia Form (PDF) no later than Friday, April 21, 2017.
