We’ve all heard some version of the cliché – the only thing that’s constant is change. Our lives since 2020 have demonstrated that change continues at an unprecedented pace. The VUCA Framework, founded by the Army War College during the Cold War, an acronym for Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity, has remarkable insight and guidance that helps us still today.
