Cleveland is a national leader in repurposing aging buildings, giving them new life, often for purposes other than for which they were originally intended. Throughout the greater University Circle area alone we see wonderful examples of residential properties being converted for commercial uses; industrial buildings being converted to residential; and residential being brought back from the brink of demolition. The presentation will answer the question, “Why should we care about old, tired buildings?”

Price includes breakfast.
