Mission
The Population and Quantitative Health Sciences (PQHS) Biostatistics Core provides comprehensive statistical consulting and research support services to members of Case Western Reserve University. The Core provides expertise in designing studies, collecting and analyzing data, and reporting high-quality evidence. We work with you in a collaborative partnership using FAIR guiding principles for scientific data management and stewardship.

Policies
Including Biostatistics Core members as co-authors is expected when they have contributed to a publication in terms of meeting accepted standards for co- authorship (e.g., Annals of Internal Medicine 1977; 126: 36-47). Payment for services is not a substitute for co-authorship.

Payment
There are two bases for payment based on project scope:
- On a fee-for-service basis for projects with limited scope
- Via salary effort and core access charges coverage for lengthier projects
