International Education Week Nov. 13 - 17

We're looking forward to International Education Week (IEW) 2023, Nov. 13-17! IEW is an opportunity to celebrate the benefits of international education and exchange worldwide. This joint initiative of the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Department of Education is part of our efforts to promote programs that prepare Americans for a global environment and attract future leaders from abroad to study, learn, and exchange experiences.

Check out these events happening during International Education Week:

Passport Drive
Tuesday, Nov. 14 | 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. or 1 to 3 p.m.

Thinking about studying abroad? You'll need a passport first! Come get your passport picture taken at Tomlinson Hall 135 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. or 1 to 3 p.m. Whether you're applying for your first passport or renewing your current one, save some time in the application process by stopping by. 

Faculty-Led and Short-Term Study Abroad Programs: Information Session
Thursday, Nov. 16 | 4 to 5 p.m.

Thinking about studying abroad but not sure a whole semester or summer is right for you? Eager to spend time abroad learning about one subject intensely with your CWRU peers and faculty? 

Faculty-led/Short-Term study abroad programs are tied to fall, spring or summer semesters, and travel abroad during designated break times (winter break, spring break, or summer break). Courses are offered all over the world, from every school and college at CWRU.
