The following incident took place off campus but CWRU PD would like the campus community to be aware
Location of Incident: E.115th St between Wade Park Avenue & Ashbury Avenue
Date of Incident: 10/29/16
Time of Incident: 0159 am
Incident description: A student was walking on E.115th Street when he was approached from behind by an unknown male. The male produced a knife and demanded money from the student. The student complied and the suspect fled north towards Ashbury Av. The victim was not injured.
Suspect description: The description reported to police by the victim is a black male with facial hair, approximately 5'8, weighing around 150 lbs. The suspect was wearing blue jeans, a dark colored jacket and a red baseball cap, His hair may have been styled with dreadlocks.
