This incident took place off campus but CWRU PD would like to make the community aware
Location of Incident: East 115th Street adjacent to Constantino's Grocery Store
Date of Incident: 6/25/16
Time of Incident: 10:45 pm
Incident description: A non university affliated female was attempting to identify and report a man she believed to be a wanted fugitive. At some point in the encounter the male forced his way into her vehicle. She escaped with minor injuries and the male stole her SUV. There were no weapons reported in the encounter.
Suspect description: University Circle Police Department believes they have identified the suspect as a fugitive wanted in connection with an East Cleveland homicide. The suspect is believed to be
Arnell Vines 39 year old black male,5'10 205 lbs bald with a tattoo on his right arm.
Vehicle Information 2016 Ford Escape Black LP # GTG 6581. If you see a person matching the description or the stolen vehicle on or near campus do not approach or attempt contact with them.
