Women in Business
Open to graduate students, Weatherhead Women in Business is an organization established to provide business-minded women and supporters of women with the background and network they need to succeed in their professional endeavors. Group members work tirelessly to increase awareness of gender issues in the workplace and to inspire our female student body to realize that there are many resources at their fingertips to help them achieve their goals.
The group is always looking to connect students with successful female professionals across all industries and fields who can share their experiences and advice in and out of the workplace. They are continuously innovating ways to create unique networking events and provide female students with job opportunities through our impressive alumni network.
Women in Economics Club
Open to undergraduate students at CWRU, Women in Economics is an organization that supports women as well as other underrepresented minority students in economics through community, mentorship, speakers, and collaboration with others. The group is interested in increasing representation of women and minorities in all levels of economics, from college majors to careers in economics.
Women in Finance
Another group for undergraduate students at CWRU, Women in Finance, aims to elevate and accelerate the growth and connection of women in finance careers. By hosting alumni and guest speakers, career workshops, and networking events, they work to help students obtain a better understanding of career opportunities in finance and how to leverage their skills to achieve their goals.
