Executive Education Programs
The Inclusive Leadership program discusses how inclusive leaders utilize emotional intelligence and knowledge of the value of diversity to leverage their employees’ overall effectiveness and contributions. Participants will develop the skills and competencies of inclusion needed to lead and manage global and diverse teams.
The Leadership Institute for Women in STEM and Manufacturing provides female-identifying supervisors, managers and directors with powerful tools to propel their careers forward and move their organizations to the next level. Participants will learn from world-class professors and coaches, connect with their peers and develop leadership skills that create a lasting individual and organizational impact.
The Women in Leadership Certificate provides women aspiring to leadership positions with the skills, concepts and new perspectives that will help them achieve their career potential, make significant contributions to their organizations and maximize work-life balance.
