University Farm facilities available for reservation are open Monday - Saturday, from 8 AM to 5 PM. Some Farm spaces are only available to for-credit class teaching and research. Other spaces are available for University departments, clubs, and for recreation activities.
University Farm outdoor areas and trails are open 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM, May through September and 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, October through April.
Please note that private social events such as birthdays, weddings, receptions, and family reunions are not permitted at the Farm. There are additional specific rules and use regulations for each facility.
With an approved CWRU sponsor, the November Meeting Center, Pink Pig, and Picnic Area 1 facilities can be reserved by members of the university community and not-for-profit organizations.
The Manor House is currently only available to current CWRU faculty and staff departments.
Reservations can be requested by using the online request form and questions can be sent to farm@case.edu.
